It’s easy to talk the talk.

You can chat with anyone who will listen about
your dreams for the future, and I’m sure that
will light a little spark of excitement in the
moment!

But in order for that spark to have the power to
ignite into something greater, you have to back
that talk with some action.

Start with these simple steps of commitment to your dream that will begin the transformation
into reality: 🙌

Do more than set the goal - write it down to create more clarity and purpose! 🙌

Count the Cost- For every reward there is a
cost, so consider compromises that may need
to be made to accommodate your goal. (Time
and money management to name a couple). 🙌

Stay the Course- It’s not enough to begin the
journey; you have to keep your eyes set on the
destination throughout the process. Studying
your written goal on a daily basis is a great
motivator!

I hope this post has fed your spark a bit!

societal “good girl” to self-proclaimed Boss

I did it all while remaining in alignment with my

An aspiring leader thinks that leadership means
knowing it *all*.

A *strategic* leader understands that in order
to have all the answers, you have to ask the
right questions.

So how can you know if you are?

🙌 Ask *yourself* these 5 questions first:

1. Are the questions providing clarity on the
direction of a project/outcome for better
results?

2. Are you gaining knowledge, and therefore
power, by asking with curiosity and interest?

3. Are they enhancing your ability to influence
and persuade?

4. Are they sparking engagement and creative thinking in your team?

5. Are they empowering you to make better decisions moving forward?

How did you do?

Will this quiz inspire you to change the way you
ask questions during your next team meeting?

Failing to Plan? Plan to Fail.

We’ve all heard the saying before, but how often do we truly take it to heart?

Life moves fast. Careers demand our attention. And with everything on our plates, it’s easy to put off planning for “later.” But here’s the truth: without a plan, we’re simply reacting to life, not shaping it.

Planning is the bridge between where you are now and where you want to be. It turns dreams into actionable steps. It gives you clarity, focus, and confidence to pursue your goals without feeling overwhelmed.

That’s why I created Purposeful Planning: 90 Days to Clarity, Confidence, and Career Growth. This course is your opportunity to take control of your career and life with intention and purpose.

Here’s what you’ll gain:
✅ A clear vision for your goals.
✅ A step-by-step plan to achieve them.
✅ Tools to balance your career with your personal well-being.

It’s not rocket science—it’s a proven process that works when you commit to it. So, are you ready to stop reacting and start building the life you deserve?

Your plan starts here: https://bit.ly/Purposeful-Planning

Let’s make progress together.
