You have to transform your mind before you can transform your body. I’ve been on a fitness journey off and on for the past decade and realize that the reason why I never fully reached my goals is because my mind wasn’t fully where it needed to be. Once you purge all the toxins out of your life (aka toxic people and all the toxic thoughts that’s associated with them) you can really focus on the person you want to become.

Fitness and eating healthy is so hard and it’s even harder when mental baggage is weighing you down daily. So my biggest advice to anyone who’s looking to drop some weight and really transform their lives. Start by dropping toxic people and toxic situations out of your life!
