If I die while I have a pet, let my animal see my dead body. Let them see my dead body please. They understand death and seeing me dead will allow them to mourn, but if I just never show up one day they’ll think I abandoned them. I know what it feels like to be abandoned and I never want anyone to feel that way, especially my dog.

"So, I go to McDonald's since I'm sick and don't feel like cooking, and order a big mac meal and head home. I get home and to my amazement there's no burger...on my burger.
Initially I wanted to be upset, as a paying customer, and blame whoever it is that made the sandwich for such a stupid silly mistake.
Yet, being someone entrenched in the service industry for an extended period, I couldn't refrain from chuckling. It genuinely prompted me to ponder over instances of my most challenging days, where I've committed trivial errors and endured silently while being berated by irate middle-aged individuals, similar to Karen, questioning my intelligence and education level.
I headed back to McDonalds to show them and get a corrected one and we all had a great laugh about it. I was happy to laugh with the staff and wait for a fresh one. We, as humans, all make mistakes and no matter how stupid or silly it may seem, it happens! Not every situation involving simple mistakes needs to be hostile or make the individual feel belittled. We have all forgotten to put the Big mac on the Big mac at some point. Be kind ❤"

'Come visit me,' but know this too..

Six months after your dog passes you still can't bear to talk about her. Yet, some may say, she was just a dog.

A woman arrived in a store wearing clothes that showed her body all too well. The shop owner, being a wise older man, took a good look at her, asked her to sit down, looked straight into her eyes, and said something she would never forget for the rest of her life.

• Underground, covered with layers of rock, and to get there you have to work very hard and dig deep.
He looked at her again and said, "Your body is sacred and unique to God."
You are far more precious than gold, diamonds, and pearls, therefore you must be covered too.
He then added: "If you keep your precious minerals like gold, diamonds, and pearls deeply covered, a “reputable mining organization” with the necessary machines, will work for years to mine those precious goods.
* First, they will contact your government (family),
* Second, sign professional contracts (marriage),
* Third, they will professionally extract those goods, and tenderly refine those precious goods. (marital life).
But if you let your minerals find themselves on top of the Earth's surface (exposed to everyone), you will always attract many illegal miners to come, exploit, illegally, and freely take those riches and leave you without the precious goods God gave you!

I had adopted her but she refused to come away with me. It was weird because dogs can't wait to leave the kennel. She was crying and stubbing her paws. I should have dragged her. But when I looked down I understood the reason and I had to make a CHOICE "When the time came to take her home she was just out of that cage, from that moment a new world awaited her, a wonderful life and a lot of love. Any other dog would have run into the embrace of her rescuers. But she did not. She stood still, sticking to all fours, and refused to come out of the cage. In a corner, a small Chihuahua Taco looked at her in fear. She understood that she was about to lose her best friend. And in that moment a small miracle happened. The couple saw the whole scene and decided to adopt them both. They did the documents also for the chihuahua and all 4 went out the door of the shelter. was taken in the car, before leaving. I would like to wish these two dogs a happy life full of love! But above all so much happiness also to these two wonderful people ❤️

She never wrote on Facebook "I'm giving up my cats and dogs because I'm moving"or I'm having a baby or I've had the animal a year, two years or more and now I suddenly don't have time for it or can't afford to feed it.
So, when you get an animal, remember that it’s a fragile creature, part of the family and must follow you everywhere you go, otherwise don’t get one!!

For those who dont know this is Andrea Cisternino... he lives in Ukraine. He is staying with his 400 rescue dogs and has stated he would rather die with them than leave them and is continuing to help those dogs that have been left behind. 💔💔
Since yesterday there has been no news of Andrea Cisternino, the Italian photographer who lives in Kiev, where he runs the animal sanctuary Rifugio Italia KJ2. His last post on Facebook was on Friday, February 25 at 4:44 pm. Andrea stated that he will not leave the country, where he will remain to continue caring for the animals.
The most plausible hypothesis is that the lines have been bombed and therefore Cisternino is isolated.
Andrea Cisternino has been running the animal sanctuary Rifugio Italia KJ2 in Ukraine for more than ten years. This sanctuary houses around 400 animals rescued by Andrea.
In 2015 unknown people set fire to the animal sanctuary, which at the time housed mainly dogs and cats, and many of them burnt to death. But Andrea rebuilt the sanctuary, which now also houses chickens, ducks, cows, horses, sheep, goats and other animals.
Completely irresponsible waxwing birds 🐦 tend to eat fermented fruit and then lie drunk on the sidewalks.
Wise passers-by collect them and put them in a safe place until they sober up.

“She was 18. Her people, who loved her whole life, took her, a vaccination booklet, a leash, a collar and her belongings and took her to the Baldwin Park shelter. They said they were tired of fighting with an older dog, signed papers and left, without even looking at her.
When she was picked up by a volunteer at the shelter, she leaned on him probably wishing it was all just an ugly dream.
The moment was immortalized by photographer John Hwang, who was in the shelter at the time.
Unfortunately, dogs love sincerely, with all their heart, with all their soul and are unable to understand that human 'love forever' most often has an expiration date.. - to annual, to moving, to illness, to old age...

This is something everyone should see. This xray is of a 2 week old puppy.
When you get your 8/10 week old puppies, please keep this image in mind. Their bones do not even touch yet. They plod around so cutely with big floppy paws and wobbly movement because their joints are entirely made up of muscle, tendons, ligaments with skin covering. Nothing is fitting tightly together or has a true socket yet.
When you run them excessively or don't restrict their exercise to stop them from overdoing it during this period you don't give them a chance to grow properly. Every big jump or excited bouncing run causes impacts between the bones. In reasonable amounts this is not problematic and is the normal wear and tear that every animal will engage in.
But when you're letting puppy jump up and down off the lounge or bed, take them for long walks/hikes, you are damaging that forming joint. When you let the puppy scramble on tile with no traction you are damaging the joint.
You only get the chance to grow them once. A well built body is something that comes from excellent breeding and a great upbringing-BOTH, not just one.
Once grown - around 12-18 months depending on their breed, you will have the rest of their life to spend playing and engaging in higher impact exercise. So keep it calm while they're still little baby puppies and give the gift that can only be given once.
We had a surprise this morning when we assisted one of our pure Lleyn ewes give birth - we were expecting 5 lambs (not overly uncommon for our flock) but she was actually carrying 7, a Septuplet! A first for us anyway! 🐑
I can't take him to the beach for a walk because it annoys you and disturbs the vacation... I have no right to rent a house if I have a dog, nor can I take him on public transportation.
However, I can take it to the rubble to find you after an earthquake, in the woods after you got lost in the mountains and had no map or gps; under the snow because you took a detour forbidden off the track; in the water because despite the red flag you have entered the sea, and your life is in danger!
And finally ...

Man going to work jumps off a bridge when seeing a dog drowning, he thought the life of an animal was more important than a day of work.
My dogs came into my life when the doctor told me I had cancer. I went and adopted two long time shelter dogs that had thought no one would ever love them.
I went to shelter and seen Rich first at back of kennel like his life was over. I adopted him. Next I seen Ronny and he came up to me and licked my hand. I adopted him.
I felt I needed some companions during this time of pain and the unknown. I didn’t know what would happen but I know I needed love to always surround me and that’s what I found in Rich and Ronny.
I needed to laugh and they make me laugh all the time. I needed to cry and they gave me a soft place to do it. I needed a friend and they gave me a paw. I beat the cancer and I owe it all to them for providing me with all the love and compassion I could ever need.

Down in Kissimmee, Florida, a dog was spotted lying on the side of the road. It had been hit by a car. Osceola County deputy Josh Fiorelli was passing by when he saw the injured animal. The female dog was alive but was hurt enough that it couldn't move. Josh was heartbroken that such a thing happened. So he called for help then sat down beside the white dog and started petting it. Some dogs might get defensive when they're hurt, but not this one. It seemed to welcome the officer being there for it. Josh then put his jacket over the dog to keep it warm, as the day was chilly and the dog was wet. Says Josh: “She didn't have anyone there, so I decided to be that person.” The dog was soon treated for a dislocated leg. Carlos Irizzary was walking his own dog when he came across Josh helping the injured dog, so he snapped a photo of it, and posted it online. It went viral, and it was shared by several news outlets throughout the country. The Osceola County Sheriff's Office also posted the photo on its website, saying: “...Thank you Deputy Fiorelli for serving with care and compassion.”
"So today I was in Hallmark buying my mom a Happy Birthday card when I noticed this old man standing in front of the Valentine's card section contemplating which one to get. I decide to go over and I ask him 'Are you getting a Valentine’s Day card for your wife?' in which he replies 'No, my wife died 3 years ago from breast cancer but I still buy her roses and a card and bring them to her grave to prove to her that she was the only one that will ever have my heart." ❤

“Y'all. This gentleman right here is Barry. He paid for my groceries when I realized I left my wallet in Emmy's diaper bag. The cashier had finished ringing everything up and gave me my total. After I couldn't find my wallet, the cashier and bagger graciously offered to suspend my order and put all my perishable items in a cooler so I could run home to get my wallet. I explained I live 20+ minutes away and by the time my kids and I would make it back an hour will have passed. It was already 7:00 and we still needed to eat dinner. I succumbed to the fact I would have to put an order in online and pick it up the following day. Trust me, I realize there are people with actual problems in this world, but at that moment, I felt completely defeated. My husband had just left for Texas and would be gone for two weeks and there was still so much to do at home. My son, who just got done helping me put everything on the conveyor belt kept asking what was wrong. In my frustration and anger (toward myself) I said through clenched teeth ‘I don't have my wallet; we have to leave’. Now comes the good part. In steps Barry asking, ‘How much is it?’ I profusely refuse, but Barry's persistent so I tell him my total. He hands his card to the cashier and looks at me and says ‘I've been there before. I understand. My wife recently died and if she were here, she'd want me to help you. So, I'm doing it for her, too.’ It might have been weird asking to take a picture, but he was my saving grace this evening. He's a reminder that there's plenty of good out there.”

Q "Last Friday after my sister had her chemo treatment, we stopped at Kinders for a quick lunch. And God sent this amazing Angel to us! My sister sat outside, dazed, exhausted and ready for a nap. I went back inside to go pay for our food and got to talking to this gentleman who helped take our order. I shared with him about my sister just finishing chemo. He said God bless her, I said thank you, grabbed our food and headed outside. A few minutes later, I went back inside to get boxes for our food. He stopped me, looked me in my eyes and said “mam, please tell your sister that I just stopped and prayed for her and God has her. She’s going to be ok!” It honestly took my breath away. I believe God sent this man as an Angel to our family. To give us peace all weekend long knowing today would be the day we heard the best news ever!! I went to Kinders 4 different times today trying to find him and figure out who he is! This you guys, is my new friend Byron. A man God used to touch our lives and hearts in such a beautiful way! I just had to go back in to thank him and share with him that God answered our prayers...his prayer! He grabbed my hands and cried with me. Right there in the middle of his place of work. He hugged me tight after we officially introduced ourselves and it’s a moment I won’t ever forget in my entire life! He didn’t have to share with me last week that he had prayed. He didn’t have to tell me the things he did. But he did and my heart is so thankful! He showed me that there are still good people in this world. Love always wins. Always. And I thank Jesus for such a special moment I will hold in my heart forever ❤️❤️❤️"

I am at a loss, I really don’t even know where to begin or what to say. We learned why that Evan hasn’t been feeling well here lately. My baby has relapsed. The Leukemia is not only in his bone marrow this time but also in his spinal fluid. He is having severe headaches and back pain. He just doesn’t feel well at all. He has a very long road ahead. The treatment this time will be far more intense than the first go around and he will also have to have a bone marrow transplant. No child should have to fight cancer once, let alone having to go through it all over again. When I told him that he had cancer again, he just cried. I stood in the shower last night for what seemed like forever, trying to wash off the reality of the day, but it didn’t work. And reality has set in hard this morning. Please send good vibes and prayers his way, he will need all that he can get.

Aria and I saw this man shopping while we were at Walmart this morning. She stopped him to ask if he was Santa. He said yes and wished her a Merry Christmas as he walked by. Her eyes lit up and she got a huge smile on her face and we continued shopping. A few minutes later, he found us in another aisle and asked if we had a couple minutes to talk. It’s Santa, of course we have time to talk!!! He chatted with her a bit…asked her how old she was, her name, what she wanted for Christmas, etc. Then he grabbed some Christmas candy he had put in his basket and gave them to her along with $10 to purchase them. She even had enough extra that she was able to buy a chocolate surprise toy each for her sister and herself, that they’ve been eyeing by the register every time we go!

"Hi- I asked my local Harris Teeter grocery store in Virginia if they had a shopping cart that I could put my 91 year old mother in. She likes to go with me to get her groceries but can no longer walk all the isles. The options left me are to leave her in the car with it running or she has to stay at home. Neither were good options. Turns out they had a Caroline's Cart and it worked perfect! I feel like your company has created a resource that could be so wonderful for elderly seniors. Looking at the options in the lobby for carts, are the regular ones, mini versions for children and motorized which is wonderful for those who still have the skill set for driving. Nothing for elderly who have limited physical abilities at advanced ages but who still live and home and like to get out. By including seniors, caregivers can give seniors an option to get out of their recliners and back into the stores and living....... it was a wonderful product! Thank you!!"
To Those Who Bring Small Children to Church:
There you are at church. Your baby or toddler is restless. Perhaps even a little boisterous. You try to silence them, and nothing. You try to pacify them with food or toys, and nothing. Eventually, you resort to the last thing you wanted to do: you pick them up, and before a watching audience, you make the march out of the church. All the while you’re a little embarrassed, maybe a little frustrated too. You might even think to yourself, “There’s no point in coming to church. I get nothing out of it because I have to constantly care for my kid.”
I want you - mothers and/or fathers - to know just how encouraging you are to so many. The elderly woman who often feels alone beams with a smile at the sight of you wrestling with your little one. She’s been there before. She knows how hard it can be, but she smiles because to hear that brings back precious memories. Seeing young parents and their small children brighten her day; she may have just received bad news about her health but seeing the vitality of young ones removes - if but for a moment - her fears. The older man who always seems to be grouchy notices you too. He’s always talking about how children in this day have no respect or sense of goodness. But he sees you - a young family - in church every week. Like clockwork, he can depend on the sight of you and your young family. You give him hope that maybe the Church isn’t doomed after all, because there are still young parents who love God enough to bring their restless children to church.
Bring your children to church! If we don’t hear crying, the church is dying. As hard as it might be for you as a parent who’s half-asleep, keep on doing what you’re doing. You are an encouragement, and you’re starting off your children’s lives as you should.
