Bellevue authorities are searching for 72-year-old Roger Hildebrandt of Omaha, missing since Monday, Dec. 22. His vehicle was found at Camp Wa-kon-da, Fontenelle Forest. Multiple agencies, including Bellevue Police & Fire, Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office, and volunteer groups, are searching the rugged terrain. If you see him or have info, call 911 immediately.

The City of Bellevue, along with the Bellevue Police Department, Bellevue Fire Department, and the Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office, is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 72-year-old Roger Hildebrandt of Omaha. Around 11 a.m., NSP and OPD were in a brief pursuit of a stolen U-Haul. The pursuit ended near 35th and Mason St after the U-Haul collided with an NSP cruiser. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to UNMC with minor injuries.
