When I look at 2021 Victoria, I remember how unsure I was about everything. I didn’t know what I was doing, I didn’t have a perfect plan, and I definitely wasn’t thinking about ‘before and after’ photos. I just knew I wanted to feel stronger and feel more like myself again.

Fast forward to now, the changes you see are just the physical ones. The real progress was learning to show up even when I didn’t feel motivated, learning to eat enough, learning to train with intention, and learning to stop trying to look like anyone but the best version of me.

This is what years of natural, steady, patient work looks like. Not too big, not too small… just strong, feminine, and mine.
