Hello, My name is Patrick Hoffman, and I currently serve as the Director of Porcupine Media. I assumed this role in 2024 and have greatly valued the opportunities presented to me here. As a Dena'ina Koyukon Athabascan from Alaska, and a resident of Olympia since 2019, I have developed strong ties within my community.
My passion for video began in my youth, inspired by the captivating nature of the medium. My first camera, a Pentax K1000 previously used by my grandmother for the Anchorage Daily News, sparked this interest. Today, I work with the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro. In the interim, I earned a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on video and audio production and achieved certification in Pro Tools and Adobe Suite.
