Well now that word has gotten out, beyond what I had hoped, lets get the story straight.
Yes, I was diagnosed last friday with Stage 2 Pancreatic Cancer (Adenocarcinoma) to be exact.
Yes, I will be having surgery next week at CINJ, followed by 6 months of chemotherapy.
Yes, I will be out of work for a minimum of 3months to heal from the surgery, then see how the chemo goes.
NO, this s**t is NOT going to take me out; Not gonna happen.
I've got my wife, my family, my grandkids, and friends keeping me strong.
Yes, Im scared s**tless. BUT THIS IS NOT THE END OF THE ROAD
Its a speedbump. And like every other speedbump in my life, Im hitting it full speed ahead, because what fun is it if you slowdown for them.

This has to be the hardest post we have ever written to you, our family, brothers and sisters, supporters and even the haters... After many tears, tossing and turning, and being torn apart over this, we incredibly sadly have to say that effective Jan 1, Thatmetalstation will be going offline. This was not an easy choice on our part, but sadly its inevitable. You have no idea how many times we have tried to figure out a way to keep us alive, but we have had an incredible run. Something that can never be taken away from us, and never will. We as a family have weathered many storms. We can all hold our heads high at what we have accomplished here, since circa 2014.. Again, we love each and everyone one of you, but the time has come. No matter what happens after we say goodbye to the site, each and everyone of you will always be blood family to us. We love you fu***rs, and we Hold our heads high knowing that we came, we saw, and we kicked ass... Show is sorted... It should be taking place Thursday from 6pm AEST time which is 2am New York time. The show will go for between 5 and 4 and 5 hours... Possibly just over. I've included so much. Incase I am banned and unable to get access by other means, know that I will be on at that time!
