My Natural “Flu Shot” 1-2 peeled lemons , 2 peeled oranges, 1/2-3/4 lb turmeric, 1/2 lb ginger, 1/4 cup honey, you may add more honey. Keep it refrigerated. It can last up to 3-5 days in the fridge.
(Use a good juicer to extract all the juice, preferably cold-pressed juicer.)

I swear to the effectiveness of this recipe. I wasnt feeling well earlier this week and started coughing and sneezing (covid negative). I started taking 1 shot (1.5 oz) of the juice 5x a day. I did not get the full blown cough and running nose, after 2 days I am all better! wow! that was the quickest recovery ever!

It has a refreshing taste but gives a little kick that makes you cringed towards the end but tasted good.

Eggplant is a self pollinating plant. it contains both the male and female reproductive system. successful pollination is aided by the help of the wind or the bees. The pollens from the stamen (male) will fall off and the stigma (female) catches them.
