We are very excited to be working with Incompass Michigan and the Small Business Association of Michigan for the pilot of the Center for Social Enterprise Development!

Small businesses and nonprofit organizations that seek to establish or expand a social enterprise with an emphasis on employing individuals who are marginalized or economically disadvantaged - including individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply for this cohort based initiative!

In 2013, we set out to motivate my fellow disabled Michiganders to ignore nay-sayers and pursue the life THEY desired. Focusing on the pillars of entrepreneurship, athletics, and employment, we created the BOOM Awards. BOOM is an acronym meaning Be Our Own Motivation.

To date, we've celebrated 30 such amazing barrier-busting disabled Michiganders and are about to highlight our next three.
