Like I said yesterday, this huge loss due to second landslide on Dschang Hill is due to ignorance and negligence.
1. A Land slide and instead of people to run far, they were around and everyone putting on cameras to video and send on media.
2. Just immediately after slide, people were trying to cross to the other side and continue the journey. Who does that when a landslide just occurs? Even the soft mud can swallow you
3. They immediately brought heavy duty machines to clear off the road. Who does that? You bring machines to a site which just slide and you don't know if it's stable or unstable to clear the debris with the vibrations from the machines again?
This huge casualty is a result of the second landslide. That's why I say it's ignorance and negligence. Negligence and ignorance na Yi d keel we over in this country.

Even those who came to clear off the roads were not supposed to come at that Moment because the environment was still unstable. Now people are dead because of negligence and ignorance.
