✍️ Ingredients
140g Egg
80g Sugar
8g Honey
2g Vanilla extract
25g Unsalted butter
40g Milk
90g Cake flour

3 Grapefruits

150g Whipping cream
30g Condensed milk

✍️ Recipe
1. Place a bowl of eggs in a pot of hot water, add sugar, honey and vanilla extract, and stir until the temperature is 40 degrees.
2. With a hand mixer, whip until you get a rich ivory-colored foam, sift and mix.
3. Put a little bit of dough into a bowl of melted unsalted butter and milk (temperature 50 ~ 60 degrees) and mix.
4. Pour into the 18cm mold, clean up the bubbles, bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and cool.
5. Cut the top of the cooled sheet, cut it into 3 pieces, and cut it into 8cm and 6cm molds.
6. Slightly cut the bottom of the grapefruit, cut the top, dig it up and put the flesh aside.
7. Add condensed milk to cold cream and whip to make condensed milk cream.

No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Recipe 😋

✍️ Ingredients
90g Crushed oreo
45g Melted unsalted butter
3g Gelatin sheet
250g Cream cheese
20g Sugar
2g Vanilla extract 
30g Oreo cream 
200g Whipping cream
8 Oreos
40g Oreo powder 

✍️ Recipe
1. Remove Oreo's cream and put cookies in a zipper bag.
2. Mix crushed oreo and melted salted butter and press it into the mold and place in the fridge.
3. It is called putting pangelatin in cold water.
4. Soften the cream cheese, add sugar and vanilla extract, mix, and then add oreo cream.
5. Drain the soaked gelatin and dissolve it in a microwave for 10 seconds until it is completely dissolved. Put it in (4) and mix.
6. Whipp the fresh cream about 50% thinly, add to (5), mix, and cut oreo by hand and mix lightly.
7. Pour the cheesecake batter into the mold, flatten it, spread it on top of Oreo powder, and harden it in the fridge for about 3 hours.

I made a oven cake to enjoy the taste of Oreo ~
I used Oreo on the crust and on top and I cut Oreo on the cheesecake and it was really delicious
If you cut the Oreo too small into the cheesecake layer and mix it with powder, it will not be white but may have a slight color.
On the top, I carved Oreo letters using a sugar powder.
I tried to dig the text with a knife and make it like a stencil. If you omit the text, the taste is not different.
It's easy to make and the taste is always guaranteed Oreo cheesecake ~ * ^^ *

155g Egg
90g Sugar
10g Honey
2g Vanilla extract
30g Unsalted butter
45g Milk
Green tea sheet - 95g Cake flour, 10g Green tea powder / Vanilla sheet - 100g Cake flour 

200g Cold cream cheese
45g Sugar 
5g Green tea powder 
250g Whipping cream

20g Hot whipping cream
3g Green tea powder
60g White chocolate
8g Unsalted butter
2g Gelatin sheet

✍️ Recipe
1. Place a bowl of eggs in a pot of hot water, add sugar, honey and vanilla extract, and stir until the temperature is 40 degrees.

4g Dried strawberries
Chocolate sponge cake sheet

✍️ Recipe

1. Slice canned peaches and place them under the frame in a freezer.
2. Smooth cream cheese, add sugar and mix, add egg and vanilla extract.
3. Mix fresh cream, mix with force, mix, pour into sieve, pour into mold, bake for 150 minutes in 150 degree (160 degree 20 minutes preheat) oven, cool at room temperature and cool in refrigerator.

350g Pomegranate

5g Lemon juice

40g Unsalted butter 
25g Powdered sugar
35g Egg
2g Vanilla extract 
40g Almond Powder 
7g Cake flour

75g Cold whipping cream
150g Cold cream cheese
45g Pomegranate syrup

25g Pomegranate syrup
10g Warm water
1g Gelatin

✍️ Recipe
1. Grind the pomegranate in a blender, put it in a saucepan with sugar, boil it, add lemon juice, and when it is a little thick, transfer it to another bowl and cool it.

80g Dark brown sugar
50g Brown sugar
1 Egg
2g Vanilla etract
120g Bread flour
80g All-purpose flour
2g Baking soda 
1g Salt
80g Dark chocolate
Marshmallow

✍️ Recipe
1. Gently unsalted butter and mix with brown sugar and brown sugar.

It's a basic crepe cake with sand cream and it's 6 colors to bake
The dark rainbow crepe cake is also pretty but it has a lot of pigments to make it pastel tones and I think it's more beautiful ~ ^^

▶ Recipe
1. Apply butter to the mold and sprinkle with flour.

200g Dark chocolate
120g Unsalted butter
120g Egg
150g Brown sugar
2g Vanilla extract
40g All-purpose flour 
25g Cocoa powder 
2g Salt

▶ Recipe
1. Put dark chocolate and salt-free butter on a pot of hot water and melt it in a bath.
2. Unpack eggs, add brown sugar and vanilla extract, mix, put on a pot of hot water and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
