When we say “pray over our schools,”
we mean this:

Show up.
Stand outside a school.
And pray.

No spotlight.
No speeches.
Just consistency.

Pray for the students.
Pray for the teachers.
Pray for what’s happening inside those walls.

One school.
One day a week.

If enough of us show up… things shift.

If you’re in, comment the school you’re covering. 👇

Not on our watch.

Small acts of courage create ripples of change; what will your be today? Stopping the cycle of violence feels like a massive task, but it’s actually made up of thousands of small, intentional actions.

Here are 3 ways you can do for West Texas today:
1️⃣ Educate: Share this post. 1 in 3 Texas experience DV in their lifetime. By sharing posts like this, you could bring awareness to a survivor who may need our services or even save a life.
2️⃣ Advocate: Become a SARA (S*xual Assault Response Advocate) or a Certified Partner. If you would like to directly support survivors or learn more about how to recognize, respond, and refer potential clients.
3️⃣ Support: Make a donation. Whether it's clothing, hygiene items, or a monetary contribution. Your gifts make it possible to support our neighbors in crisis, and continue to provide life-saving FREE services.

Small steps lead to big change. Which one are you choosing? 💜

Attraction doesn’t disappear when you get married.
Discipline becomes the difference.

S*xual maturity isn’t pretending you don’t notice, it’s deciding what you feed.

If your eyes wander, your mind compares, or memories surface, that’s not failure.
That’s a signal you still have work to do.

“I have made a covenant with my eyes.” — Job 31:1

Attention strengthens neural pathways. What you repeatedly entertain becomes what your brain defaults to. Discipline is about redirecting focus before desire escalates.

Discussion Questions
1. What’s the difference between noticing and feeding attraction?
2. What situations challenge your discipline most?
3. How do you redirect your mind in real time?

S*xual Experience Can Create S*xual Confusion

S*x with multiple women trains the brain for newness not depth.

New energy.
New validation.
New excitement.

When marriage brings consistency instead of novelty, the body may be committed while the mind resists the change.

That doesn’t make you unfaithful.
It means you’re unfinished.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2

The brain doesn’t automatically distinguish between healthy desire and conditioned craving. Without rewiring, the mind seeks stimulation instead of connection.

Discussion Questions
1. How did novelty shape your sexual expectations?
2. Where do you notice mental resistance instead of physical disloyalty?
3. What patterns need rewiring, not suppression?

The Part Nobody Warned You About

Nobody tells men how hard it is to go from many sexual partners to one.

Not because your wife isn’t enough.
Not because you don’t love her.

But because your mind and habits were shaped by repetition, novelty, and access.
Marriage doesn’t erase sexual history.
It demands maturity from it.

Silence is why men feel broken instead of informed.

“My people perish for lack of knowledge.” — Hosea 4:6

Repeated sexual novelty trains the brain’s dopamine system to crave new stimuli. When novelty disappears, the brain interprets it as loss — not commitment. This isn’t moral failure; it’s conditioning that requires intentional growth.

Discussion Questions
1. When did you realize this transition was harder than expected?
2. What expectations did your past create that marriage didn’t magically fix?
3. Why do you think men stay silent about this?

BREAK THE SHAME.
YOU STILL BELONG.

Shame tells you you’ve messed up too much.
Shame tells you God is tired of you.
Shame tells you you’re too far gone.

But that’s a lie.

God’s love doesn’t change when you fall.
Grace doesn’t run out when you struggle.
Forgiveness isn’t limited by your past.

Nothing you’ve done is bigger than what Jesus already did for you.

👉 You still belong.
👉 Right where you are.

If you’re carrying guilt, regret, or things you’ve been afraid to talk about.
You’re not alone.

Comment below if you need prayer or support.
This is a safe place.

I’m a friend to more people than people are friends to me.
And that’s okay.
But you’ve got to know when to set boundaries and when to move on.
You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Hard truth: abuse rarely starts with a slap. It starts with insecurity, ego, and unowned anger. We break down how control becomes a choice—and how to choose accountability instead. Listen, reflect, and share. Which truth hit you hardest?

The hardest part isn’t admitting what happened; it’s admitting why. We open up about how abuse forms long before it turns physical, in the quiet moments where insecurity, fear, and ego go unchallenged and entitlement takes the wheel. You’ll h...
