Does anyone else feel like having acrylic nails makes their hands look better? Almost more professional? I am not sure if you can tell but the style is called cat eye and I am obsessed. It makes me think of outer space nebulas and those amazing galaxy pictures.

Ballet bars are a good way to workout. I never would have even considered this a thing till I tried it myself. it kicks your b***y. One more class to go after this and It is a stretch class that will be much needed. I google searched this picture and it is a studio in San Diego. Good to know that they are branching out.

It is always fun to learn new things. A local woman where I live helped invent Pilates. Joseph Pilates was a strongman from the circus came to her and asked for her help on developing some exercises. It is crazy that her had a hard time with certain moves too. He used these exercises to help other performers feel better and strengthen themselves as well.
