We've got a lot of exciting things happening at Notre Dame Review, which we'll be sharing throughout the semester. However, one of the most exciting is we now have two new editors. Dionne Bremyer is now our prose editor and Johannes Göransson is our poetry editor. Additionally, our fall submission period will begin September 1, 2024. https://notredamereview.submittable.com/submit
DIONNE BREMYER writes fiction and nonfiction that investigates and questions personal, cultural, and national hybridity emergent in a postcolonial world. She is the author of the novel Quint (7.13 Books), which is a fictional retelling of the true story of the Dionne Quintuplets. Her short story collection The Islands (Catapult Books) follows the lives of Jamaican women—immigrants or the descendants of immigrants—who have relocated all over the world to escape the ghosts of colonialism.
JOHANNES GÖRANSSON is a poet, translator and editor of Action Books. His most recent books include Summer, The New Quarantine (with Sara Tuss Efrik) and Transgressive Circulation: Essays on Translation, as well as translations of books by Aase Berg, Ann Jäderlund and Eva Kristina Olsson and others. He is the founder of Action Books.
