HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY, I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST FOR 2024!

Please forgive my bragging. My son, Rory Connors, and I had a successful year of competition in 2023.

We both got Gold at:
The American Nationals No Gi
The New York Open No Gi
The Pans No Gi
The Euros No Gi

At the No Gi Worlds my son got Silver losing a razor close match to a highly skilled competitor. I came away with Gold for my division.

Special thanks to my son, Rory. I would not have the jiu jitsu skills or wins I have if it wasn't for him. 🙏
