Went to Life Time Fitness tonight, just WOW!
At the end, I got a very thorough InBody scan and I guess all my hard work and daily dedication to fitness is paying off!
Weight: 168.9
Skeletal muscle mass: 91.3 lbs
Percent body fat: 5.7%
ECW/TBW: 0.379
You might not always be motivated every day to reach your goals, but you can be consistent every day, and that makes a world of difference when trying to achieve your goals, especially fitness and nutrition/health related, just showing up every day is half the battle.
