I’ve begun adding quite a bit of fruit to my daily meals, and still able to maintain the weight that I want, I stay away from processed sugars and a lot of products in the center of the grocery store.
Remember, everything on the outside of the store is mostly good for you, produce, deli, butcher, fish market, etc, and is generally fresh.
Six out of seven days, I keep my carbohydrate intake fairly low, following a ketogenic diet with higher protein than a normal keto lifestyle.
This is Wi******er Farms Bacon Cheddar burgers, with a salad, and watermelon, super filling and very healthy. This will keep me full for hours and when I want to snack, I’ll go for some more fruit and a little peanut butter.
Another thing that I recommend doing at least when your first starting out is to track all of your food by MyFitnessPal so you can see exactly how many calories you’re actually intaking, it can be very eye opening.
