Gifted Girlfriends’ mission is to bring health, wealth, and happiness to the everyday person like most of us. Not everyone has time to spend hours on end in a gym or grew up with an amazing support system! Some of us actually have jobs and families outside of the gym that doesn't allow a lot of time wasted on things that just don't seem as important. Why not have it all?? You can be fit and health

???Did you Know???

I have had these waist beads on for almost 4 years?? 🤯🤯

Meaning, they don't come off at all!!💯💯 When I was smaller, back in 2020, I put them on too big so they sat around my hips.😋

But after an injury I fell off my fitness routine and back into bad eating habits, and they began to get tighter and tighter. So tight, in fact, that I was seriously on the verge of cutting them off!!😭😭😭 I couldn't wear them on my hips anymore because they were too tight and dug into my skin, so I rolled them up under my ribs to give me some relief.😖 But soon, even that became very uncomfortable because my stomach was extremely bloated all the time and my bodyfat drastically increased.🫣

But instead of removing them, I decided to remove things from my life that were not serving me. And adding back the things that I know I needed!💪🏾😎💯 I got rid of the sweets, processed foods, junk food, and reduced meat intake. I then added back in a lot more water, consistent weight training, cardiovascular training, and a proper flexibility routine.🔥

So after a little over six months of hard work, dedication, and consistency I am happy to report I am feeling and moving so much better!!🎉🎉🎉

I say all that to say...even though many of you may think that I "looked okay" in the first picture, I assure you that I was NOT! I was extremely tired(mentally & physically), fatigued, and in pain constantly. These waistbeads gave me a daily reminder that I was on the wrong track and needed to course correct before it was too late!🙏🏾🙏🏾

Now I still wear them up above my belly button, which is where I originally wanted them, and they don't bother me at all & I can't even feel them anymore...just as it should be!😍
