Still think you want to be a landlord?

Before you jump in ask yourself:
• Can you sleep at night with six figures owed to you?
• Can you cover mortgages while chasing rent?
• Can you stomach the stress and STILL think clearly?

It’s not all mailbox money.
It’s pressure, patience, and long-term play.

We are buying a new mobile home community and want your opinion.
If you were renting a lot where:

• You cut your own grass
• You pay your own water, sewer and power
• You get HOA type rules to keep the community clean and safe
• Your rate is locked in for at least three years
• Any future increase can only happen if real costs go up, like insurance, road repair or water line repairs

What would you consider a fair lot rent per month?

We want to build a community the right way.

This little machine right here… it’s a game changer.
A remote-track trailer mover runs close to $100k, but with a good skid steer and the right attachment, I can move homes, cut grass, level pads, and do half a dozen jobs with one piece of equipment. Did i mention its remote control?

Question is… where can I find this exact attachment?
Anyone know the best place to buy it?

Big news. 💪🏼
We just got a contract on a 30-lot mobile home park in Lake View, Dillon SC my hometown.
If everything goes right, we’ll close before the end of the year.
Can’t wait to show you how we turn this from a trailer park into a real community.
