The North Branch Fire Department Relief Association Haunted House/Hayride To provide an enjoyable and safe NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE experience for all patrons, the following Rules of the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE are in effect and apply to all patrons (without exception). 1. The NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE may be too scary for young children. PARENTS, the decision to let your children enter/ride the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE is completely left to your discretion. 2. NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND, NO EXCEPTION! Anyone caught smoking or with an open flame (Lighter, Ect.) in/on the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE ATTRACTIONS will be immediately ejected from the show. NO EXCEPTIONS! 3. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING, INCLUDING PROPS AND OR ACTORS. The NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE has a Strict No Touching Policy for both the Actors and the Patrons. The Actors will not touch you. Anyone caught touching props or the actors will risk denied entry or pre-mature removal from the attractions. 4. NO ALCOHOL, FIREARMS AND/OR WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED... to be consumed or carried on the premise (or in parking lot) of the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE. Likewise, the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE reserves the right to deny entry to and/or pre-maturely eject, any individual(s) from a NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE attraction who appear to be and/or display drunken behavior that would affect the safety and/or enjoyment of theirs and/or others' NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE experience. 5. BE SCARED BUT, BE SAFE. The NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE prides itself on providing an entertaining thrill and chill fest while maintaining a higher standard of patron AND staff safety. Any individual(s) who get caught running, horsing around, fighting and/or behaving in an unsafe manner will be warned only once, then risk denied entry or pre-mature removal from the attractions of the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE. 6. The North Branch Fire Department, the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE staff and/or any of the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE sponsors/supporters are not responsible for any loss, stolen and/or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premise of the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE. In addition, the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE make all possible reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for its patrons. However, the nature of this event may produce certain neglectful behavior in a very small percent of its attending patrons. For those few, the above mentioned entities are NOT liable for personal injury due to neglectful behavior of patrons such as running (either within or outside the attractions), horseplay and/or any other forms of unsafe behavior on the part of the patrons that could result in injury. In short... ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. 7. EPILEPSY – PHOTOSENSITIVE SEIZURE WARNING Strobe and other flashing lights are in use during the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE ATTRACTIONS. Some people are susceptible to epileptic seizures or loss of consciousness when exposed to certain flashing lights or light patterns. Some people may have a seizure while watching television program’s or adverts or when using particular computer programs. This may happen to you even if you have had no previous medical history of epilepsy or seizures. If you, or a member of your family has ever had symptoms relating to epilepsy (loss of consciousness or seizure) when exposed to flashing lights, you must consult your doctor prior to entering the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE. These seizures may have a variety of symptoms, including lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss or awareness. Seizures may also cause loss of consciousness or convulsions that can lead to injury from falling down or striking nearby objects. 8. Sorry, NO REFUNDS and NO TRANSFERRING OF UNUSED TICKETS ALLOWED AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 9. All references, resemblance's and statements to persons live and/or dead are strictly coincidentally and are solely in use for the overall affect of the attractions of the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE. Neither the North Branch Fire Department, the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE staff and/or any of its affiliates are liable for any perceived offenses encounter within the attractions and/or premise of the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE. 10. Other than staff, no one is allowed to use flashlights, laser lights and/or any other forms of illumination including cell phones within the attractions of the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE. Please No CAMERAS. If you are caught you will be warned only once, then risk denied entry or pre-mature removal from the attractions of the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE. 11. We want you to come back and enjoy the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE year after year. So, please drive safely both to and from the NBFD RELIEF ASSOCIATION HAUNTED HOUSE/HAYRIDE.
