A reminder that our vinyl painting event is THIS WEEK! Join us thursday night from 7-9pm on the second floor of Cushing to paint a vinyl record, listen to music, and have a relaxing evening!

Happy Wednesday!! Anyone here into rock music? Today we’re highlighting “The Metallic Hour” hosted by John Kolokithas! John has been into 80s music since elementary school, and his uncle got him into rock and metal in middle school! He can play four instruments (guitar, bass, drums, and flute) and is a big video game fan! Tune in Tuesdays at 4 to listen to his favorite music!

Today we are highlighting our semesterly show from The Office of Wellness and Education! Mario Sordello is a social work graduate fellow with OWE, and he often has other fellows from the office as guests on his show! They talk about important topics ranging from mental health struggles as college students to different self care strategies! Tune in Wednesdays at 2 for “CAREful Conversations!”
