A student from ESAE University in Benin Republic has reportedly been kidnapped on her way home to Abuja. The kidnappers are demanding 100 million naira for her release. We need to raise awareness about this tragic situation. She studied Mass Communication in the same department as I did, and our convocation was on the 24th of last month. It was reported on Friday that she boarded a GIG Logistics bus, and all the passengers, including her, were kidnapped, leaving only the driver unharmed.

The kidnappers' phone number was shared, and when students called, they initially doubted the story. However, they later heard men’s voices speaking Hausa, threatening to kill the victims and claiming they were not joking.

A young Congolese businessman, Patrick Kabuya caught his fiancé cheating on him with her gym instructor, so he decided to confront him. He ended up fighting with the gym instructor but it did not end well for him. Patrick was beaten mercilessly to the point his fiancé Betita began begging for him to be left alone.
By the end of the fight, Patrick ended up in the hospital after suffering severe internal bleeding. Two weeks later he died.

On the 26th of June 2024, 26 years old Josephine Owino got a phone call from a man and then told her younger sister Peris that she will be right back. She left her baby with her sister and went to visit this unknown man. That was the last time she was seen alive. Josephine never returned home. Her sister Peris Andika began searching for her but to no avail. Her lines were switched off and the police were doing absolutely nothing to find her.
Two weeks later, Peris had a dream and in that dream she saw her sister Josephine scolding her for not coming to visit her, asking her why she won’t come visit her and asking her why she’s telling everyone her secrets. In the dream, Peris asked Josephine where she was so she could come pay her a visit and that was when Josephine lead her to a Borrow Pit in the neighborhood and then she vanished.

When Peris woke up she spoke to her cousin about the dream her cousin equally revealed she too had a similar dream saying Josephine asked her why they left her in the cold. With this, Peris mobilized some community boys to help go down the pit to help find her sister. It sounded ridiculous at first, but soon a young man volunteered to go down and search for a body. Shockingly a sack back was found and surprisingly it contained the decomposing dismembered body of a female. More sack bags were also noticed and retrieved to contain more human remains.
This discovery soon took a whole new turn as the search was extended and continued with the police getting involved and the forensics too. The pit was explored some more, and more bodies in sack bags were retrieved. A total of 13 bodies were retrieved, all but one were dismembered and already decomposing. And all were said to be women between 18 -30

Only one body was intact and fresh and it was identified to be a 24 years old mother of 3 named Joselyn who had vanished barely a week before on her way to search for a job. Through Joselyn’s bank account the police were able to trace their first suspect a man named Collins Khalusha.

Upon further investigation it turned out Collins also lived in the neigbourhood. His was found and arrested and his home was searched to find weapons, clothes and bags belonging to women. SIM cards and over 14 mobile phones believing to belong to his victims were also found.

Collins was said to have confessed to killing 42 - 45 women and dumping their bodies at the pit between 2022 - 2024. His first victim was his wife. After killing his wife in 2022, he seemed to have enjoyed it because he never stopped killing.

In August of 2024, Collins escaped from prison while awaiting trial. He is currently on the run and has not yet been found.

There is a chance he will kill again.

An American Pastor was brutally stabbed to death in Angola by the black man his wife was sleeping with.

44 years old Beau Shroyer and his wife Jackie Shroyer sold their properties in Minnesota, USA in 2021 and moved to Angola for a missionary assignment along with their 5 children.
Along the line his wife, Jackie, began an affair with their security man named Elias Bernardino (24). It’s not clear when she started sleeping with the young man but it seemed she soon caught feelings for him.

In 2024, their missionary journey in Africa came to an end and they began preparing to return back to the USA. When Bernardino realized they will soon be leaving he hired two criminals to stage a robbery against Beau and his wife and in this robbery, Beau was stabbed multiple times to death.

During investigation the truth came out to be that it was Jackie, Beaus wife who sent Bernardino to kill her husband. She promised him $50,000 to kill her husband and so he did what he was told to do.

People believe she killed her husband because she did not want to leave Bernardino but it’s possible she did so because of insurance claims.

26 Year Old Deka Abdinoor brought home her boyfriend, Hashim Dagane to her family in Nairobi for him to express his interest in marrying her but her parents said no; citing that he was not right for her and that there was something about him that didn’t feel right. Maybe because he was just a taxi Uber driver, or maybe because he looked a lot older and had been married to three wives in the past … or just maybe, her parents spirit did not agree with his.

Deka was discouraged from continuing a relationship with him. But she revolted and continued seeing Hashim in secret, in hotels and Airbnb. Unfortunately for her; on the 29th of October after she returned from a supermarket to meet him at the shortlet apartment, he attacked her, murdered her, cut her into pieces of meat, then cooked her remains in a pot before packing it in a plastic bag and dumping it at a cemetery along with her belongings and the things she bought from the supermarket.

It turned out that Hashim had already killed three women and week before Deka, and was already on police radar.

An Equatorial Guinea Official named Mr Baltasar Engonga is trending on the internet after nearly 600 s£x tapes were found in his possession during a raid check as he was initially being investigated for financial fraud.
The Agents investigating him for financial crimes took his phone and laptops to see if they could find anything relating to him stealing money; that was when they saw a folder containing multiple videos of him having in*******se with peoples wives; many of him were his colleagues. With one being his Brothers Wife, another being his uncle’s pregnant wife, and one who they said was his own cousin. The shocking part about these tapes is that, the women were aware they were being recorded, in some of the videos, the women did the recording themselves almost as though they were performing for the camera. It's not clear if they were paid or pressured, but what is clear is that they all seem to willingly partake in making these tapes.

Meanwhile Mr Baltasar is married to a beautiful woman and together they have 6 kids.

His job is on the line, he’s still currently being investigated.

On the bright side, if he loses his job, he has a career in the Adult Entertainment Industry.
