According to Roze, we can all be successful and fulfilled in our work lives and personal lives when they're grounded in H.E.A.R.T. (Honesty, Empathy, Adaptability, Responsibility, and Teamwork) and enveloped in Passion and Respect. For 15 years, Roze authored a bi-weekly column, Workplace Woes - Roze Knows. It was published on the official Web sites of WVEC, KVUE, and WHAS11, ABC-TV affiliates, an
d The Virginian Pilot newspaper. Her column provided common sense advice for common workplace problems. She was the "Dear Abby" for the workplace. Roze continues to facilitate retreats and conduct workshops and seminars on a great many topics pertaining to soft-people skills, including but not limited to leadership, effective communications, mentoring, team building, and customer service. She also conducts one-on-one coaching/mentoring sessions with individuals, helping them find the right jobs (assists with their resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, interviewing techniques, networking, etc.); address issues in their current jobs; and transition from one career/job to a new one.
