I had these wooden tree rounds in my stash for years. Thoughtful Dots Patreon channel taught us how to make Christmas ornaments. I love belonging to this fun group for less than a few cups of coffee. My artwork has improved so much and the Saturday paint alongs are just relaxing. Thanks Demi

The falling leaves and the promise of autumn's colorful display never fail to excite me. I have decided to paint a unique color combination and create a fall mandala. Colors are such an important part of this meditative art form. I was working on a different color palette Creams and tans, when I received some devastating news that my dear dear sister in law Tracey had passed.

My spirit needed a boost, as I sat motionless for 30 minutes and in between tears, decided to do this 22” diameter metallic rainbow mandala. We traveled 15 hours via car, due to the airline uncertainty. I could not wait to get back home to finish this piece. My sweet Tracey I loved you and until we meet again❤️
