In the season of the grind…

And not the fun grind used to be like at that one kids mitzva growing up when we were teenagers and life was simple. But the “this economy am I right…” never see the sun anymore, “what day is it again,” remote work to save on gas and two side hustles to buy overpriced milk kinda grind. 😅

While I’m grateful to be aging and honestly love not being a teen, adulting hits so hard some weeks…

Ps- fun fact one of my first jobs was as a host in Charlotte at Ruth’s Chris, potato’s au gratin, filet & ci******es always bring be back to those shifts…cause everyone knows restaurants have a smoking section out back for the servers even the boujee ones. Where my service industry people at!?

Standout never still…

Thank you to the 200+ homies that gave me guidance on the profile pic poll yesterday! My old picture was taken when I was about 40lbs heavier and it just didn’t feel authentic anymore.
