One of his most significant contributions is the “Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi” program, a groundbreaking initiative under which he has organized over 500 mass weddings for underprivileged girls from 2012 to 2024. This initiative not only helps financially strained families but also promotes communal harmony and social cohesion. Jaiswal’s leadership is evident through his constant efforts to support the people of his constituency. Whether it’s assisting in medical needs, distributing sarees during the Chhath festival, or ensuring better educational facilities, he is always at the forefront. His work extends to organizing various sports events, particularly in promoting women’s Kabaddi and cricket tournaments, further encouraging youth engagement and physical fitness. In addition to his local efforts, Pawan Jaiswal has been a key figure in the BJP’s national campaigns, contributing to several successful election campaigns across different states. उनकी सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पहल “एक विवाह ऐसा भी” कार्यक्रम है, जिसके तहत उन्होंने 2012 से 2024 तक 500 से अधिक गरीब लड़कियों के सामूहिक विवाह का आयोजन किया। यह पहल न केवल आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर परिवारों की मदद करती है, बल्कि सामाजिक सद्भाव और एकता को भी बढ़ावा देती है।

स्थानीय प्रयासों के अलावा, पवन जायसवाल बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अभियानों में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं, और विभिन्न राज्यों में सफल चुनावी अभियानों में योगदान देते रहे हैं। उनकी जमीनी राजनीति की गहरी समझ और जनता से जुड़ने की क्षमता ने उन्हें बिहार के सबसे लोकप्रिय और प्रभावी विधायकों में से एक बना दिया है। उनकी जनता के प्रति निःस्वार्थ सेवा ने उन्हें एक सच्चे जननेता के रूप में स्थापित किया है, जो लगातार एक समावेशी और समृद्ध भविष्य की दिशा में काम कर रहे हैं।

पवन जायसवाल की राजनीतिक धारा को उनकी पत्नी, प्रियंका जायसवाल ने भी और भी मजबूत किया है, जो एक सम्मानित नेता हैं। प्रियंका ने पूर्वी चंपारण से लगातार चार बार ज़िला परिषद की सदस्य के रूप में चुनाव जीते हैं और 2016 से 2022 तक ज़िला पंचायत की अध्यक्ष के रूप में सेवा की, जिससे क्षेत्र के विकास और कल्याण में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया।
