Ben Konkol was commissioned by the NBA Memphis Grizzlies to create a series of animated scenes for use in the documentary, Marc Gasol: Memphis Made 🏀
Honoring the retirement of the Grizzlies Center, the documentary chronicles Gasol’s career and connection with the city of Memphis. Last weekend the Memphis Grizzlies retired Marc Gasol’s No. 33 jersey in a post-game ceremony.

Ale + Ale was commissioned to illustrate the New York Times 2024 housing forecast for the Sunday Real Estate section. The assignment included a cover image, with an animated version, along with two interior pieces depicting the housing market for both buyers and renters.
