The past three weeks have been a transformative journey to get my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in Rishikesh, India. Known as both a sacred place and the yoga capital, Rishikesh sits at the confluence of the Ganges River and the Himalayan mountains—a setting that felt like the perfect backdrop for deepening my practice.
Our intensive curriculum at pushed me to my limits alongside 23 others who took the bold leap from fifteen different countries.
For many, including myself, yoga is a source of truth—a foundation, a path and a destination all at once. It energizes the body, quiets the mind, and nourishes the soul. Over the years, yoga has given my life structure, provided clarity in times of stress, and shaped my sense of purpose. Growing up with a father who was a yoga teacher, I was immersed in the practice from an early age—my jungle gym being yoga equipment around the house.
From philosophy to pranayama (breathwork), meditation, Ayurveda, and asanas, this experience deepened my understanding of yoga’s profound ability to heal the mind, body and soul. I wanted to go straight to the source—to understand the roots of this practice, uncover its essence, and share its healing power with others.
With that, I’m excited to kick off my first yoga class at ETHDenver next week, bringing founders together for a shared moment—an opportunity to open their hearts and connect with their bodies before an intense week ahead.
This next iteration of is bringing mental clarity to founders of the world. ETHDenver is just the beginning—I’ll soon be launching more activations for the OFFLINE community in LA. More to come.
