As we step into March, it’s time for some serious self-evaluation. Be honest with yourself. Identify the areas that need work, and start from there.

It’s time to overturn the lies you’ve been telling yourself and start choosing what’s truly best for you.

✅ It’s okay to stay in that abusive relationship. “It’s not—that’s a lie.”

✅ It’s okay to eat your stress away. “It’s not—that’s a lie.”

✅ It’s okay to allow fear to keep you from moving forward. “It’s not—that’s a lie.”

✅ It’s okay to be an absent parent. “It’s not—that’s a lie.”

✅ It’s okay to settle for mediocrity when you deserve more. “It’s not—that’s a lie.”

✅ Personal Growth: I’ll start working on myself when I have more time. “You won’t—that’s a lie.”

✅ Mental Growth: Therapy or self-development isn’t necessary; I can handle everything on my own. “You can’t—that’s a lie.”
