A word of WARNING To ALL that utilize Beats from Beatstars. Please pass this along to any hip hop/rap artists you know or work with. Also beware of any “free” YouTube sourced beats, And for that matter anything you get from any producer that you do not closely work with or know who can indemnify you or assure you that they created it on their own without the use of any uncleared samples or beats. This includes content on splice not all of it has been vetted. I’ve come across samples from demo project so I worked on with the hard-core band in the past.

Do not think because you paid the “exclusive $” you’re good to create and release a song. Read the actual license agreement. Although it states unlimited streams etc... IT VERY CLEARLY says.
1. They can at anytime in the first three years pull it from you by paying you 2x what you paid.

2. You transfer to the. 100% ownership of publishing and 50% of the writers share of any original composition you create with said beat.

3. YOU are required to list them in all title registrations filed with your PRO, library of Congress copyright and Credits.
