Teaching yoga poses is not hard. In most cases, you can break down the pose using concepts from forward folds, backbends, lunges, and twisting.

I wish! It was much harder to learn this stuff before @Instagram. You basically had to go to countless workshops, hoping that someone knew they were what they were doing. Which in most cases they did not, and still don’t!?! In the end, I did pick up tricks here and there from people, but most of it came from my own practice and realizations. As I would think yours will too. Happy Handstands!

Do you make this mistake? In order to cue accurately, the instructions have to be relatable to the class or individual. This comes down to watching bodies and cueing for those movements and positions.

Binds can be controversial. While they might feel good in the “heat” of the moment. The concept of a bind is to take you right up to, and a lot of times past a joints end range using leverage. In general, this would not be considered safe . is there an exception for Yoga?
