- 1 onion, quartered

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
2️⃣ In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3️⃣ Pat the turkey dry with paper towels. Gently loosen the skin over the breast and thighs, and rub the herb butter under the skin. Spread the remaining butter mixture all over the turkey.
4️⃣ Stuff the cavity with the lemon halves and onion quarters.
5️⃣ Place the turkey on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan. Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan to keep the turkey moist.
6️⃣ Roast the turkey for about 13-15 minutes per pound, basting every 30-45 minutes with the pan juices. The turkey is done when a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh reads 165°F (74°C).
7️⃣ Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
