Good Day All…

UPDATE: IM FEELING GREAT & As Some Already Know I Went Back Outside To Work On Thursday For The First Time Since My Procedure. I’ve Been On The Radio (Live) From My Home Studio, But I’ll Be Back Live This Week. I Won’t Lie I Was Extremely Nervous Jumping Back Into The Saddle Because My Breathing Still Isnt 100% (I Get Tired Quick) & My Meds Make Me Feel Alil Crazy At Times (still getting used To That) But My Follow Up Appointment Was All Good, All Test & EKG Were Great (Thank God)

I Decided To Say Something About This Not For Symphony Not For The 100’s Or Text, Emails & Calls Ive Been Getting From So Many Family & Friends Which I So Appreciate Thank You All For That…. I Did This So That Maybe My Ordeal Can Save Someone Else’s Life! I Was Extremely Blessed, Covered, Protected & Lucky That I Went To The Hospital & Got Treated When I Did. Most People Suffer In Silence, Don’t Get Regular Check Ups, Don’t Listen To Their Bodies, Don’t Pay Attention To The Signs & End Up Dying & We Don’t Know What Lead Up To This Or That. I Feel Like Me Telling YALL How I Felt Before During & After Can Possibly Save 1 Person & If It Does I Did My Part.

Go Get That Check Up, Talk To Your Doctors, Know Your Blood Pressure, Check Your Sugar, Check Your Salt Intake (Which All Of Mine Were Very High) REST, Sleep, Exercise 30mins A Day, Watch What You Eat & Praise God For Giving You Another Day. Because Laying In That Hospital Bed Wondering Why, How & If Is An Incredibly Scary Feeling That I Never Want To Experience Again. My Girls Need Me & There Is Much More I Have To Do For Their Futures.

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR HEALTH FOR GRANTED... THANK GOD FOR WAKING ME UP & GIVING ME ANOTHER DAY TO HUG & LOVE ON MY GIRLS BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS ALL OVER 2 WEEKS AGO....

LONG STORY SHORT 2 WEEKS AGO I WOKE OUT OF SLEEP NOT FEELING SO GREAT, COULDNT CATCH MY BREATH COULDNT BREATH, I JUMPED UP IN A PANIC & THE FEELING SOON WORE OFF. GROWING UP WITH ASTHMA I WAS USED TO THAT BUT I HAVENT HAD AN ATTACK IN 25 YEARS SO I WAS ALIL PUZZLED. 2DAYS LATER ON MY WAY TO WORK THAT FEELING CAME BACK, THIS TIME MORE INTENSE & I FIGURED IT WOULD GO AWAY, SO I IGNORED IT AND GOT READY FOR WORK. WELL AS SOON AS I GOT TO WORK I HAD TO TURN RIGHT BACK & COME HOME. THE SCARIEST 7MINUTES OF MY LIFE AS I THOUGHT I WASNT GOING TO MAKE IT. GASPING FOR AIR THE ENTIRE TRIP, CHEST TIGHTING UP FELT LIKE SOMEONE HAD THEIR HANDS AROUND MY NECK CHOKING ME. AFTER PULLING UP TO MY HOUSE WIFEY & MY DAUGHTER MET ME WITH A PUMP THAT MADE ME FEEL BETTER FOR A MOMENT. BUT WE DECIDED RIGHT THERE TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM WHERE AFTER XRAYS, BLOOD TESTS, EKG THEY TOLD ME I HAD A HEART ATTACK. STUNNED! RUSHED ME INTO SURGERY WHERE I NOW HAVE 2 STINTS THAT CLEARED 80% BLOCKAGES TO MY HEART. THANK GOD FOR THOSE DOCTORS & NURSES THAT TOOK CARE OF ME FOR MY TIME IN BROOKDALE HOSPITAL. IM RECOVERING FINE & GETTING USED TO THIS NEW WAY OF LIVING AND MEDS. THANKING MY GOD FOR ANOTHER CHANCE
