We function as a collaborative forum for photographers, designers, writers and editors in producing original artist's books and multiples. By bridging the gap between the bound (book) and unbound (fine art) print worlds, we seek to reevaluate traditional models of creation, production and distribution. SESSION PRESS was founded in January 2011 in New York City by Miwa Susuda, photo book specialist at Dashwood Books since 2006 and contributing writer to Fraction Magazine Japan.
