In Episode Six, the pair confronted each other about supposed mom-shaming, beginning with Kim calling out Khloé for comments she made about Kim's 6-year-old daughter Chicago's hair.

"I have a bone to pick with you," Kim told Khloé, who seemed unaware of any drama.

In her confessional, Kim explained that Khloé used a "condescending" tone when Khloé called her up one day and told her about Chicago's hair.

"I had a really hard week, so I said to my mom, 'Can you please watch my two little ones? I'll send them over and can you get them ready for school?'" Kim recalled. "Chicago put in this hair gel in her hair on her way out the door, and I was like, honestly, who cares? My mom can slick her hair in a ponytail, put it in a — who cares!"

"I swear you just want to project whatever you're going through and take it out on me. And I could handle it, but only for so long. I'm not going to be here all day, so if you need to slap me or something, do it."

In her confessional, Kim criticized Khloé for not wanting to spend more time away from her kids.

"Maybe you wouldn't have such a stick up your a-- over hair gel if you lived your life a little bit. It's just crazy. Interact with other human beings besides the children and your family all day long," she said.

LOS ANGELES — A motion has been filed to dismiss a lawsuit against Kim Kardashian and design firm Clements Design in California federal court. The suit was filed by the Judd Foundation in California federal court on March 27 accusing Kardashian for featuring fake versions of furniture designed by Donald Judd.

Kardashian, in a YouTube video, since taken down, claimed that they were genuine Judd furniture, and according to the original suit the Clements Design firm admitted to the plaintiff that they were indeed fake.

In the June 27 filing, Kardashian moved to dismiss the complaint filed by plaintiff Judd Foundation. The motion states the suit "must be dismissed" for the following reasons.

A lack of standing because the complaint fails to plausibly allege any injury in fact that is concrete or particularized
On First Amendment grounds. The complaint alleges that “Donald Judd” is a well-known and heralded designer and the plaintiff must allege clear and convincing facts showing that Kardashian acted with “actual malice” in creating a false
impression of endorsement.
The complaint fails to plausibly allege a likelihood of confusion as to sponsorship or endorsement.

Megan Bannigan of Debevoise & Plimpton, counsel for Judd Foundation, released a statement in response to Kim Kardashian's motion to dismiss.

"Kardashian does not dispute that she broadcast fake Donald Judd furniture to nearly four million people and falsely called the furniture "Donald Judd." Due to Ms. Kardashian's "world famous celebrity" status, this false statement was repeated in widely read publications and on social media. Rather than acknowledging her mistake and disposing of the fake furniture, Ms. Kardashian has decided to prolong this dispute and distract from the issues by filing a motion to dismiss. The fact that Ms. Kardashian took down that video mere hours after Judd Foundation filed its complaint – something she declined to do for over a year – demonstrates why the Foundation was forced to bring this lawsuit in the first place. Although Judd Foundation would have preferred to resolve this privately without resorting to litigation, it will continue to do what is required to protect the legacy of Mr. Judd and Donald Judd furniture. Judd Foundation is confident that it will prevail over Ms. Kardashian's motion."

According to court filings, nearly two years ago, Kardashian posted a 13-minute YouTube video tour of her SKKN BY KIM office. Over two minutes into the video, Kardashian "mistakenly" referred to a set of furniture in her office as “Donald Judd tables,” when they were not.

The Judd Foundation, a non-profit group dedicated to the legacy of artist Donald Judd, sued reality-television star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian and design firm Clements Design in California federal court on Wednesday, March 27, for allegedly featuring fake versions of his furniture in a YouTube video, and claiming that they were genuine Judd furniture.

"If you guys are furniture people — because I've really gotten into furniture lately — these Donald Judd tables are really amazing and totally blend in with the seats," Kardashian said in the video, according to screenshots included in the complaint.

According to a Foundation statement, "In August 2022, Ms. Kardashian posted a video (with more than 3.7 million views) to her personal YouTube channel, which featured knockoff Donald Judd Furniture, a company of Judd Foundation. The designs included two of Donald Judd’s most renowned designs: La Mansana Table (two tables) and Chair 84 (numerous chairs) that Ms. Kardashian falsely attributed to being “Donald Judd.”

The Foundation said that they contacted Kardashian’s representatives, who confirmed that the table and chairs were indeed fake. Clements Design, they said, knowingly fabricated and sold the fake designs. Judd Foundation’s attempt to resolve this matter without litigation was met with delays and excuses from Ms. Kardashian and Clements Design. More than a year later, the video of Ms. Kardashian promoting fake furniture attributed to Donald Judd remains available on her YouTube page to millions of followers and the public at large.

The foundation's lawsuit, said that Kardashian unlawfully described "knockoff" Judd tables and chairs made by Los Angeles-based interior design firm Clements Design as genuine Judd furniture. The complaint accused Kardashian of false endorsement and Clements Design of false advertising, unfair competition and trademark and copyright infringement.

Rubin’s name has been buzzing around showbiz for years. Mostly because of his money: although he is now a billionaire, he has been very rich for a quarter of a century. And his wealth is thanks to one of his passions: sport. Thirteen years ago he founded Fanatics, a company that licenses and sells online merchandising products of almost a thousand U.S. sports teams, both professional and college level: from NBA jerseys and field hockey caps to baseball player figurines and, now, European Championship and Paris Olympic Games gear. Since Fanatics manufacture more than half of what they sell themselves, they are very agile when it comes to giving the market what it wants, and they have achieved a tremendous growth. Rubin’s story is of a self-made man, a narrative that is very popular in the U.S. He comes from a middle-class Jewish family — his mother is a psychiatrist and his father is a veterinarian father — and since he was a child he has been earning his own money. At the age of 12, he set up a small ski repair shop in the basement of his house and with his profits and the money from his bar mitzvah — about $10,000 — he opened a real shop at the age of 14, with his father signing the paperwork. He has little formal education. For less than a semester he attended Villanova University, a Catholic university in Pennsylvania, because his worried parents thought that his business ventures would ruin his life. He was always in the parking lot, doing business on the phone and skipping class, and quickly saw that studying wasn’t his thing. He continued to lose a little, win a lot, and he created a sneaker company and a logistics company.
