Design agency Sunhouse has refreshed the visual identity and packaging of skincare brand Simple. The new design seeks to enhance the brand’s efficacy credentials with a premium touch, while reflecting its ethos: “Everything your skin needs. Nothing it doesn’t.” The new design uses geometric shape language born from the leaf shapes in the logo, to balance Simple’s expertise with the inherent kindness the brand carries. The packaging design has been simplified and sharpened through intentional use of typography, color palette, and finishes, driving efficacy and gravitas in a crowded and often complex marketplace.

Just in time for the Year of the Snake, Design Army conceived a serpent-forward campaign for Morphe‘s Forbidden collection. “The campaign is designed for the younger generation – so we intentionally used AI to capture their imagination,” says Pum Lefebure, chief creative officer and co-founder, Design Army. “We imagined this whole new world that’s quasi-futuristic, lush, and paradisical. Yet, we wanted it to be believable so we combined it with real elements. The result is a cool, unique mixed-reality with bold visuals. It’s definitely not the usual beauty campaign.”

Hunt Hanson has crafted a new identity for Spanish wine producer Freixenet, accompanied by a redesign of its hero product, Freixenet Cordon Negro. The rebrand marks a significant milestone for the brand, reflecting its ongoing global growth and heralding a new chapter in its history. The design firm crafted the letterforms of the new wordmark drawing inspiration from the original Freixenet façade at its winery entrance in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The new logo also features a distinctive X element, said to symbolize a contemporary evolution of Freixenet’s essence. This icon is intended to serve as a focal point across diverse touchpoints.

Bold, Original and Divisive

Jaguar has teased its upcoming rebrand to accompany its all-electric vehicle initiative. The luxury car brand describes the new positioning as “Exuberant Modernism” characterized by “bold designs, unexpected and original thinking.” The rebrand features a new thin and rounded typeface, a shift from the original logo to an ultramodern wordmark that combines uppercase and lowercase letters. The visual identity, says the company, will also be making use of “exuberant colors” and is introducing a “newly reimagined Jaguar leaper” logo, which is Jaguar’s “precious mark of provenance.”
