"The George Mason Show" welcomes on Wednesday, Jan 10th 8 PM EST very funny comedian Harris Stanton who has an interesting story about his journey into comedy via Major League Baseball. He has played in top comedy clubs such as Carolines on Broadway, Stand-up New York, Gotham Comedy Club, and The Improv he has toured nationally and internationally including appearances on European television, having performed at many major universities including MIT. He was also a member of the comedy troupe along with Artie Fuqua and James McNair touring with actor/comedian Tracy Morgan that resulted in a fatal crash on the New Jersey Turnpike. The comedy troupe's limo bus was struck from behind and demolished when a Walmart semi-trailer truck failed to slow for traffic. He was conscious the entire time of the accident and was able to provide a detailed account of the crash. The accident resulted in the death of James McNair and the critical injuries of Morgan, Fuqua, and Millea. He was treated and released from the hospital for a broken wrist and bruised ankle, he will talk about that night and also about his upcoming album and about recording a DVD with the Late Great Comedy Legend Patrice O"Neal.
