Ashley-Lauren Elrod is a multi-abuse survivor and su***de attempt survivor, turned certified trauma informed thought leader, mental health coach, advocate, and spreader of joy. She created this podcast to become a movement for women to find healing through movement, creativity, and getting back to the basics of our existence. Through connecting with God and self, holistic care, dance, music, travel, and more, she hopes this will turn into a space where those who participate can have great breakthrough. Ashley is always coordinating events, coaching, and speaking; combining creativity, counsel, and mission with her partners at The Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center as a survivor speaker, combating s*x trafficking and child abuse. She strives to make a difference creatively and practically, one day at a time, using her testimony of overcoming life’s toughest battles to inspire those whose shoes she once stood in.

Courageous Babes Tribe is a community of women, seeking to go deeper within themselves and God to break free from the bo***ge of traumas. To lead a bold life, knowing that with each step of courage they will always prosper no matter the circumstance.

If you’re looking to face your demons day by day, get raw, strip down the facades, and for a community who will walk alongside you, welcome your brokenness, and hold you accountable in love as you strive to break free from bo***ge, this is the space for you.

Led by worship leader, survivor speaker, and soon-to-be other Ashley-Lauren Elrod; a women known for empowering others by being genuinely open with where she comes from, her bag of bo***ge, breaking through levels of trauma, and learning to break free daily. She has been blessed to lead for Elevation Church online as an E-group leader, is currently affiliated with the Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center as a survivor speaker, and has shared her message of redemption to several platforms such as Grace Reformed Church, FaithWorld Church, and A Night of Heroes event, just to name a few.

She is not perfect, she is honest, and through her honesty has touched the lives of hundreds spreading the truth of being real with how you feel, while also allowing God to heal. She excited to be sharing her first devotional book with the world this spring of 2020 along with her upcoming podcast.
