Something that I learned as a mother is you can't help somebody else learn to regulate their emotions when you don't know how to regulate your own emotions. 🩷
And sometimes it's really hard to keep my cool, to be patient, and to be understanding. I'm human too! But I don't have to be perfect to teach them.
