NEW MEXICAN RESTAURANT ON THE WATER: Cancun Beach Bar & Grill, has opened its doors in Port Richey, offering a unique dining experience for both land and sea travelers.

"Experience it all with live Mariachi, authentic Mexican food, fresh seafood, and the best wings!" the restaurant announced on social media.

The restaurant boasts a diverse menu featuring traditional Mexican dishes alongside unique offerings like Mexican-style burgers, wings, snow crab legs, oysters, and pasta dishes.

Diners have the option to either drive up or arrive by boat and park at the dock.

"A place full of flavor, music, and fun," the restaurant promises.

SHAKE SHACK OPENS FRIDAY: Shake Shack fans in Wesley Chapel rejoice! The popular burger chain is set to open its doors this Friday, December 20th, at 11:00 AM, marking a significant milestone for both the company and the Tampa Bay area. This new location will be the first Shake Shack in Florida to boast a convenient drive-thru experience, and the fourth in the greater Tampa region.

Located at 25600 Sierra Center Blvd., Lutz, FL 33559, the Wesley Chapel Shake Shack will cater to a variety of preferences. Guests can enjoy their favorite Shack classics inside the restaurant or hop into the state-of-the-art drive-thru featuring a digital menu board, a two-lane ordering system, and a dedicated pick-up window for a seamless experience.

Hours of operation for the Wesley Chapel Shack are:

Sunday - Thursday: 11:00 AM โ€“ 10:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM โ€“ 11:00 PM

PORTILLO'S COMING TO WESLEY CHAPEL- Portillo's, the popular fast-casual restaurant known for its iconic Chicago-style Street food, announced today plans to expand its Florida footprint with a new location in Lutz. This will be the eighth Portillo's in the Sunshine State and the third in the Tampa Bay area.

The upcoming Lutz restaurant will be situated in Wesley Chapel Town Center. Spanning approximately 6,250 square feet, it will showcase Portillo's innovative "Restaurant of the Future" design. This includes a spacious dining room with seating for over 125 guests, alongside a delightful outdoor patio that can accommodate an additional 40 diners. Catering to the on-the-go crowd, the restaurant will also boast dedicated grab and go and pick up areas, along with their signature double drive-thru lanes.

โ€œWeโ€™re excited to open in Lutz to provide even more opportunities for our Florida fans to get their Portilloโ€™s fix,โ€ says Portilloโ€™s CEO Michael Osanloo. โ€œWeโ€™ve loved serving our craveable Chicago street food to the Tampa-area community, and weโ€™re excited to continue to give guests even more convenience with this newest restaurant in Lutz.โ€

Guests visiting the new location upon its opening later this year can expect to find a menu brimming with Portillo's signature dishes. This includes their legendary Chicago-Style Hot Dogs, the crave-worthy Italian Beef Sandwiches, mouthwatering Char-Grilled Burgers, and of course, the Portillo's Famous Chocolate Cake โ€“ a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Portillo's will soon be hiring individuals to join their team as managers and shift leaders for the upcoming Lutz location. GET HOOKED REOPENING: Get Hooked Grill is excited to announce the grand opening of its newest location, Get Hooked Riverside, on Monday, November 25th.

The new restaurant, located at 5546 Main Street in New Port Richey, will offer the same delicious seafood and waterfront dining experience that customers have come to love.

The opening of the new location comes as the Hudson location continues its rebuilding process after sustaining significant damage from recent hurricanes.

While the Hudson location is expected to reopen by late February, the team at Get Hooked Grill is committed to providing exceptional service and fresh seafood to the community during this time.

"We want to thank our loyal customers for their patience and understanding as we work to rebuild our Hudson location," said owner John Hill. "We're excited to welcome everyone to our new Riverside location and look forward to serving the New Port Richey community."
