Carrying On the Legacy...

KEY OF G'S LIVE MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT/DJ SERVICES·TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2020·

In 2013, Musicians Gavin Bell and Gary Palmer began their collaboration of vocal talents to establish The Key of G’s. Their vocal styles and harmony led them to perform at multiple events and fundraisers around the Greater New Orleans area and further, including Baton Rouge. They quickly became a local favorite at the Gentilly Fest every spring in the Gentilly area, and were requested at several political fundraisers.

In 2018, Angi Poole joined the vocal team, expanding The Key of G’s musical genres. The tight 3 part harmonies and chemistry they had seemed to make the group destined to grow. However, due to the untimely death of Gavin in September 2019, the future of Key of G’s was uncertain.

This year, 2020, with the encouragement of family and friends, Gary and Angi have decided to continue the legacy that Gavin Bell envisioned. The Key of G’s has recently completed their first demo CD, and is ready once again to serve the live musical entertainment needs for New Orleans residents.
