Stand in front of a mirror and check for changes in size, shape, or skin texture. Raise your arms and look again. 🙌

✨ One year ago, I had the incredible opportunity to talk about my appearance on the Essence Festival main stage with the amazing Daryl Forges on WDSU news. Since then, we've covered numerous health topics and shared vital knowledge to keep people safe and educated on their health. I am immensely grateful for this journey, especially for meeting new colleagues who have turned into lifelong friends. This connection would not have been possible without first meeting Kendall Francis, who I now claim as my brother.
