Got a new toy for pulling behind my zero turn and working out on the property.

$50 on FB market place. Valve stems were rotting, bead on one tire had popped and one had a slow leak around it's bead because of some rust.

$20 and about 25 mins at "Daniel's Tire Shop" right around the corner and they are good as new.

Total investment $70. Currently selling online for $500 "New" and $300 "Used".

I call that a good buy and now I won't have to tow around the grocery wagon. 😂🤣

I'll tell ya what...we miss the heck outta The Intervale Pancake House in Henniker, NH, nestled just under Pat's Peak!

Their pancakes and waffles were the best in ALL our travels.

These waffles were definitely NOT even close to those in NH. They were HEB frozen waffles.

But, this is our last bottle of NH handmade Maple Syrup. It's so damned delicious. It tastes like NH.

We got it from an old woodsy fella named Emmit and his family at Chris-Mich 3 Farm in Antrim, NH.

It's a small family farm and they aren't online, but YOU can call them and see if they have anything available because they do ship!!!

If you call em, tell em Eric and Robin that moved back to TX said "Hi"!

Mom sent one of the last pics she had of Paco from one of his "visits to Grandmas". He loved that spot on the couch cause Mom's chair was right next to it and he could just lay there next to her when she pupper sat him for us. ❤️😊😌😪
