Craving a quick and delicious meal? Try these Sticky Noodles that you can whip up in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
* 4 packages of ramen, cooked according to packet instructions
* 1 broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces and steamed
* 1 capsicum, sliced
* 1 carrot, thinly sliced
* Sesame seeds
* Oil
* Spring onion, thinly sliced
Sauce:
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 2 tbsp cornflour
* 2/3 cup vegetable stock
* 4 tbsp honey
* 4 tbsp hoisin
* 2 tbsp rice vinegar
* 2 tbsp sesame oil
* 4 cloves garlic, grated
* 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions:
* In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornflour, whisking until well combined.
* Add the remaining sauce ingredients and stir well.
* Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add carrot and capsicum, tossing for 2 minutes.
* Add steamed broccoli, cooked noodles, and sauce to the wok. Mix well.
* Cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles, creating a sticky texture.
* Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with spring onions.
* Serve hot and enjoy your sticky noodle delight!
Serve with protein of your choice.

Satay chicken rice paper wraps If youāre a friend of mine and youāve been invited over for dinner, I can guarantee that you have eaten these little morsels at some stage.
