Easy zucchini spaghetti Ingredients (2 servings)

Sauce 1 can of peeled tomatoes

Pass the zucchini through a Julienne cutter, discarding only the part with seeds.

In a frying pan, heat the oil and butter and add the onion.

Add the zucchini and sauté over low heat.

Season with salt and set aside.

Sauce:
In a blender, blend the peeled tomato.

In a pan, heat the oil and add the garlic clove and onion.

Add the blended tomato, salt, sugar and black pepper to taste.
