Mini “GOZLEME” or whatever they are called.
In short, a delicious recipe that won’t take you much time. The glass of water I use is 200 ml.
Ingredients:
-2 cups of flour

Preparation:

-3 eggs (M)
—180 g sugar/1 cup
—200 ml milk/1 glass
—200 ml oil / 1 glass
—370 g flour/3 cups
-2 tablespoons starch
-1 pack of baking powder
—1 pack of vanillin
—Any fruits (from raspberries and blueberries)
—250 g Cottage cheese (40% fat) Alternative cottage cheese or cream cheese can be used
-55 g sugar (3 tablespoons) -1 egg (M)
Preparation:
All ingredients should be at room temperature!
Mix flour, starch and baking powder and set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla for 2-3 minutes until foamy and thick. Pour in butter and milk and stir. Add flour mixture and stir. Grease a baking tray (30x40 cm), spread the dough evenly on it and place the fruit on it. Mix cottage cheese, sugar and egg until smooth and spread on the cake using a tablespoon. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Don't forget to check with a toothpick! Bon appetit! 😋

Ingredients:

- 200 g sour cream
-2 cloves of garlic

Preparation:
First prepare the sauce. Mix all the above ingredients together and set aside. Clean the mushrooms and lightly remove the bottom end of the mushroom stem. definite. 2 red peppers
2 green peppers

1 glass of water
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 tea glass of oil
For lubrication;
1 egg yolk

Preparation
First, let's prepare our filling.
Peel the eggplants and cut them into small cubes. Leave the cut pieces in the water for a while, then drain the water.
Finely chop the onion. Finely chop the red pepper and green pepper. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Add oil to the pan and fry the onions first, then the peppers and tomatoes.
Add tomato paste, add spices, add drained eggplants and cook in a frying pan until the eggplants and vegetables are soft. Let's leave it to cool.

Ingredients;
4 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup oil
1 glass of milk
2.5 cups flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons flour

Cooking ;

Ingredients;
1 egg
1 tea glass of milk (125ml)
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet of baking powder
100 g white cheese
150 g grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2.5 cups Flour
Cooking;
First, add the eggs and milk to the bowl and mix with a whisk.
Then add salt and baking powder and mix again.
Then add white grated cheddar cheese and parsley and stir.
At the end, add flour and knead with your hands.
We will get a soft dough that does not stick to our hands.
