Banana cake 🍰
It is so soft and tasty that you will love it.
Ingredients:
—2-3 ripe bananas (blackened)
-100 g butter (melt and cool slightly)
-2 eggs
-140 g sugar (two fingers less than 1 cup)
-200 g flour (a little less than 2 cups)
-1 teaspoon baking powder salt with fingertip
-40 grams of cocoa (3.5 tablespoons)
—1 pack of vanilla
—100g chocolate chips
—Butter and flour for greasing and dusting the muffin tin.
Preparation:
Mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Then add sugar, egg, salt and vanilla sugar and mix quickly. Then add melted butter. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder and add to remaining ingredients. Finally add the chocolate chips and stir. The cake batter should be thick. Just like in the video. Grease a cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. -2 small potatoes
