🍪 Baking Season Has Begun! 🍪

The holiday season is right around the corner, and I'm excited to announce that our Cookie Menu will be released tomorrow! Despite some ongoing health challenges, today was a great day, and I couldn't resist baking a fresh batch of our customer favorite—Chocolate Chip Cookies. The kitchen smells amazing, and we're thrilled to start sharing these holiday treats with you all.

It's that time of the season freshly baked sourdough bread. 1st one I incorporated a mix of shredded cheese 2nd one is my original sourdough bread . Miss Olivia ( my sourdough starters name) did her thing today she has been chilling in the fridge since March. I took her out 2 days ago feed her twice and brought her back to her bubbly self and this is what she did for me today!! 😁

Strech and Folds When done correctly, stretching and folding sourdough will strengthen the gluten and gently incorporate air into the dough without the need for kneading.
