Good Morning!! We're halfway through the week!! You got this!! No Baking Content today. I Will be back at it tomorrow with a Strawberry Short Cake!! been wanting to make the short cake biscuits and I have some strawberries that I need to use. Olivia did her thing!!! Olivia is the name of my sourdough starter. This is by far my best sourdough bread yet. Practice makes perfect. I started the process of making the dough yesterday morning. It was done bulk fermenting by 5. I shaped and let it proof overnight in the fridge and baked it this morning. This is the end result!!
