The "cramnibus" goes down in flames! Twitter wins.
Twitter wins the war. Corruption is sooo 2024. The Biden admin & friends written "cramnibus" goes down in flames. Times have changed and even some RINOs have figured out the game is over. Good omen for 2025 making America great again? #DOGE
Tennessee Senator asks for Prayers
Senate majority leader Jack Johnson (R-Williamson County) pleads for two things: awareness and prayer. As the TN AG defends the state's ban on transgender surgery and drugs for minors before the SCOTUS 12/4/24 on behalf of the 6th circuit; OH, KY, TN & MI kids
So pardon me...while I burst into flames.
Your host reviews the president's pardon of his son noting the memo's reasoning doesn't line up with the window the blanket pardon covers. Also notes only a president can undo it, if political will to do so it there, but has never been tried before. 18 U.S.C. 201 prohibits corrupt dealing; does anyone care? The timing leaves us thinking many more ahead.
"So pardon me while I burst into flames
I've had enough of the world and its people's mindless games
So pardon me while I burn and rise above the flame
Pardon me, pardon me, I'll never be the same"

The Senate Strikes Back
Your host walks and talks about the US Senate. *cites the wrong amendment number, meant 17th. Personnel is policy and the point is; the establishment wing of the GOP is striking back against the MAGA rebellion. The acronym 'RINO' was invented for people in office like John McCain, Romney, Susan Collins and new majority leader Thune and McConnell.
Seventeenth Amendment
The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote. The electors in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures.
When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct.
This amendment shall not be so construed as to affect the election or term of any Senator chosen before it becomes valid as part of the Constitution.
The Culture Strikes Back
On a windy walk and talk your host tries to explain how Andrew Breitbart's maxim "politics is downstream from culture" - temporarily inverted to upstream under Dem/Nancy rule - is back in the driver's seat...for a minute. But they just don't learn, do they?
The picks are in. The players take the field.
Your host reviews the big three 'shocking' first positions filled by the incoming administration. The swampy folks most nervous and on high alert. Steve admits he didn't see this coming, but ready for the show...
Death of Mainstream Media finally arrives?
Your host reviews the media landscape after the election and the future doesn't look so good...but at Heartland Journal it's going great.
Happy Vet's Day! Let's work together
On this Veterans Day walk & talk your host talks about the real unity party now with a popular vote mandate...and reminds us of the prayers we made that worked! Amen
(Campaign) Money Can't Buy You Love
The race for campaign cash is always fun to watch, but it's not a scientific poll for who will win. Donkey's spend $1.2B and are -$20M in debt after election day...mostly spent on celebrity endorsements. They are good at selling movie and concert tickets, but electing politicians not so much. It didn't move the needle one bit. Ideas and voting are free and policy positions win campaigns.
Seperation of Church of State
It's Election Day Eve and all through the house...not a creature was stirring not even houses that had signs for one candidate and her fellow travelers not a day ago...but took them down. Unscientific look into who will win? That and preaching from the pulpit to pander to Christians is illegal and, biblically speaking, doesn't end well.
John 15:9, 11: “Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love…These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.”
“O clap your hands, all peoples; Shout to God with the voice of joy” Psalm 47:1
Political Realignment in full Effect
Your host observes the political earthquake taking place (AKA realignment) in this year's election. Don't forget to vote Tuesday November 5, 2024 for your favorite war hawk or populist candidate.
