Our Story

Life is complicated, we have fantasies about what the world around us is like or supposed to be. My story is an on going day to day lesson of dealing with emotions and hardships. The only way to live without hardship is to become comfortable with suffering. When we learn how to handle negative situations we expand our experience of living. Learning how to observe your thoughts and not react to them is a wonderful tool to taking back your mind. This podcast talks about Zen, Enlightenment, and modern spirituality.
