Originally from Nashville, TN, I now call Atlanta home. I'm the passionate voice and heart behind The Twisted Twenties Podcast. As a public speaker and dedicated advocate for young women, I focus on helping them heal from distorted self-perceptions, discover their God-ordained purpose, build unwavering confidence, and strengthen their faith. My journey has been one of transformation and discovery,

my experiences have shaped me into who I am today. I once lived a life without Jesus, rebellious and disobedient. But now, I'm leveraging my past struggles to uplift others. After enduring the loss of my mother, I battled with drug abuse and depression, eventually delving into New Age Spirituality. It was there that I realized the profound importance of a relationship with God and His protective embrace. The loss of my mother and the struggles I faced thereafter felt overwhelming. Watching my peers advance in their lives while I felt stuck as a college dropout working an unfulfilling 9-5 left me questioning my purpose. But in my darkest moments, God stepped in, transforming my perspective and filling me with a renewed sense of purpose. Through my podcast and speaking engagements, I share my story and the lessons I’ve learned, hoping to inspire and uplift other young women. My mission is to ensure no woman feels the despair and confusion I once did. Life can be challenging, but with faith and perseverance, we can overcome any obstacle. Hey TTS Fam! Join me today as we dive into the topic of forgiveness, after my mom passed away I held on to so much unforgiveness in my heart towards God. After one night of having an intimate moment with God, which was very much needed I let go of the anger, unforgiveness, and other pent-up emotions toward God. We all have had to forgive someone in our lives rather it be a parent, a friend, or even ourselves. If you have had a hard time with unforgiveness this episode is for you.

This morning consisted of breakfast and reading God’s word.

I’m currently reading the book of Genesis and Joseph’s perspective on his life encouraged and humbled me. If you don’t know Joesph was sold into slavery by his own family… his own brothers sold him into slavery.… then on top of that his masters wife lied on him and said he was tryna get some of her good good 😂 when it was really her that was trying to get some of his good good! Once he was sent to prison he was put in charge of the people in prison! Now how many folks you know getting sent to prison and get put in charge of the people in prison….. then he really moved up when Pharoah needed his dreams interpreted and he was the only one would could interpret the dream. God gave Joseph understanding of the dream and that understanding allow Joseph to be put in a position of authority over all of Egypt.

I say all this to say change your perspective on your life. just a few days ago I felt so discouraged because I got denied for something that I was really looking forward to getting approved for. After reading this morning I felt extremely humbled because who am I to not trust God? Who am I to not believe God will do what he said he would do? God gave Joseph visions before he was sold into slavery. Visions of his family bowing to him. God was with him every step of the way and he never left his side. Joesph’s story humbled me because he said that God sent him before his family so that he could save people.

My take from this is…. No matter what it looks like ahead remember what God showed you. Remember what God told you. Don’t allow what’s in front of you to distract you from the promise of God because he will fulfill his word because it is so. Change your perspective. We walk by faith and not by sight!

Do you just post to post or do you actually post engaging content ?

I took a whole month off sis & now I’m building my engagements & impressions back up. In just 4 days I’ve grown my impressions ONLY by engaging with other accounts in my niche and by posting consistently between the times my followers are on.

One tip I will give is post consistently between the times your followers are on. If your followers are on at 12, 3, 6, and 9 then you should be posting consistently between 12-9 . Between that time you should posting engaging content & posting on your story .

We want thousands of followers & dollars but not posting consistently on to even draw in new customers or clients.
