Subconsciously, they're chasing the "infinite day", an illusory day where everything will be perfect and they'll finally get everything done.

It's not real...

1. Removing Non-Priorities

Removing everything that isn't a priority makes it much easier to focus. “If you focus on two rabbits, you will catch none.”.

2. Trade Up

Many talk about removing bad, but truly its about trading up for assets from time invested that give you better returns

3. Automate

If it can be automated, where no-one needs to do it, then that works out well too.

As an example, you could automate outreach to your ideal prospects on LinkedIn so you can focus on just nurturing the relationships into sales.

4. Delegate

If you shouldn’t be doing it, have someone else on your team(if you have one) do it for you. We actually just put this into an internal online course which our team used to set things up for us. If you’d like to see it let me know and I’ll get it over to you.

5. Systemize

If things are organized and systemized, they are typically much more efficient.
The best thing about systems is they are running week in, week out.

For example, even during a season where people think people don't buy. Where people think no one buys during the holidays. Our clients will book appointments through "slow seasons" because their system is set up and proven and running like clockwork.

6. Install Leverage
Add on things that make it easier without reducing your bandwidth. Similar to delegation.

7. Learn a better way
Learn how to do something more effectively or efficiently so that it takes less time to yield the same or higher results towards your target.

8. Slow Down
Seems counter intuitive, but a lot of time we rush things with the wrong intention and it actually takes longer.

This position is to mine social accounts and book in qualified leads who are ready to build high ticket business in consultancy, coaching and online courses. Packages run from 2.5K to 50K.

You will play a crucial role in the sales process and you MUST be HUNGRY to get the job done.
We offer a pretty flexible schedule. You will be responsible for messaging and booking qualified candidates onto your calendar to pre-vet them for a sales call with a senior advisor.

You will be responsible for messaging your scheduled calls the night before and/or the morning of to send them a call reminder and the link to your call [on Zoom].

You will also be required to upload your discovery call recording to our CRM, update the CRM, and follow up with your lead/s to get more calls booked.
You will also be expected to attend 1-3 daily sales huddles with the team.

This role offers unlimited potential as long as you have the drive, motivation and skills to make it happen.
However, if you would not consider yourself in the top 5% of possible applicants for this position, save your time and do not apply.

Living local(Nashville area) is preferred but not necessary.
